Edit Contact Information
Edit Contact Information is the place where you make all of the changes to your personal information. This information is placed in locations such as at the bottom of all your web pages, in some system emails, or in your billing information. Here you can change company name, address, phone numbers and email addresses.

Company Information Here, you can change your company's information that will be shown on your web pages. You do have the option to display only certain information on your web pages in your Edit Global Information, so it's a good idea to complete all the information in this block. You will see the following fields:

Company Name: Type in your Company name. EZ-Net Tools™ will display this name on many of your system pages, including your Member Tools page. It will also appear as the ‘From:' field in the email messages that your customers receive. This usually is the confirmation email they receive when they place an order or subscribe to your Maillist, for example.
Primary Contact: This information is displayed at the bottom of every PageBuilder page. Primary information can be viewed by visitors to your page when you configure active fields in Edit Global Information.

Billing Contact: This information is used by our billing department to contact the person responsible for accounting. If this information is the same as the primary contact, use the "Copy Primary" button below the Billing Contact header. The same can be done for the Primary and Technical contacts.

Technical Contact: This information is used by customer service to contact the person mastering the site. If you are the person building the site, your name, phone number, and email should be entered here.

Each contact section has a list of fields that you are required to complete in order that all of your tools work as they should. For example EZ-Checkout uses the techical contact email as the main confirmation email, EZPagebuilder uses all of your contact information at the bottom of each page, and Accounts Payable uses your billing information for your accounting records. Following is a list of possible fields.
Name: Enter the name of the contact person for the following information.

Address: Enter your main companies street address here. This information will be displayed on your web site, unless disabled in Edit Global Information.

Address2: Enter another address or P.O. Box here. This information will be displayed on your web site, unless disabled in Edit Global Information
City: Enter the City where your company is located. This information will be displayed on your web site, unless disabled in Edit Global Information.

State: Enter the State where your company is located. This information will be displayed on your web site, unless disabled in Edit Global Information.

Country: Enter in the Country where your company is located. This information will be displayed on your web site, unless disabled in Edit Global Information.

Zip Code: Enter in the Zip Code where your company is located. This information will be displayed on your web site, unless disabled in Edit Global Information.

Phone: Enter in your companies main phone number. This information will be displayed on your web site, unless disabled in Edit Global Information.

Fax Number: Enter in your companies fax number. This information will be displayed on your web site, unless disabled in Edit Global Information.

Toll Free Number: Enter in your companies toll free phone number if you have one available. This information will be displayed on your web site, unless disabled in Edit Global Information.

Email: Enter your contact email address that you would like your customers to use. This will be used on your pages as contact information. It will also be used as the reply address on email messages that your customers receive. This usually is the confirmation email they receive when they place an order or subscribe to your Maillist, for example.
Once all of your changes have been made, click "Submit". This will update your information, but will not make the changes on every page. To do this, you need to go into the "Construction Tools - Edit Global Information" and click the "Submit" button there. This will regenerate all of the EZ-PageBuilder™ pages with the new information.
