View Order Statistics
The View Order Statistics option allows you to view the statistics for every sale placed on your site along with information about the customers that purchased them.

To access View Order Statistics, select View Order Statistics from your Administrative Tools. You will be taken to the Order Statistics page which will present you with the following options:

Product List
The Product List allows you to view a list of all the products that have been ordered on your site, with accompanying statistical information.

Print: Click this button to print the statistics that are currently showing. When you click the Print button, a new window will open up displaying the selected Product list. Shortly after the page loads, your computers "Print" dialog box will open up, giving you further printing options.

Return: This button takes you back to the Order Statistics Menu.

Help: This button displays this help text.

Date Range: Select the Starting and Ending date using the drop down menus, then click the Display button to view the list of products ordered between those dates. You may also click the Display All button to view all the product statistics throughout the existence of your account.
Summary: This Section will give you the total product summary of the currently selected Date Range. The 4 columns listed are: 
  • Total Orders – Number of total orders being displayed between the selected starting and end date.
  • Total Products – Number of total products ordered being displayed between the selected starting and end date.
  • Total Units – Number of total units ordered being displayed between the selected starting and end date, including multiple products in an order.
  • Total Revenue – Total amount of dollars earned that is displayed between the selected starting and end date.
Unique Products: This section will list each of your products between the dates specified in the Date Range field. The columns listed are: 
  • Stock # – The stock number for your product.
  • Description – Your products Item title.
  • Units – The number of units ordered for this product between the selected starting and end date.
  • Revenue – The total amount of money spent on this product between the selected starting and end date.
  • Last Ordered – The Date this product was last ordered by a customer.
By default, the Product List is sorted by a Last Ordered, descending. You can change how your orders are sorted by clicking on the column heading you wish to have it sorted by. It will first sort ascending values, click on the column heading again to sort by descending values.

Customer List
The Customer List allows you to view a list of all the customers that have ordered from your site and their information.

Print: Click this button to print the statistics that are currently showing. When you click the Print button, a new window will open up displaying the selected Customer list. Shortly after the page loads, your computers "Print" dialog box will open up, giving you further printing options.

Return: This button takes you back to the Order Statistics Menu.

Date Range: Select the Starting and Ending date using the drop down menus, then click the Display button to view the list of customers between those dates. You may also click the Display All button to view all the customer statistics throughout the existence of your account.
Customers: This section will display your customer list and information between the selected dates specified in the Date Range field. The columns listed are: 
  • Customer – This field displays the Customers name and street address as well as other information, such as e-mail address and phone number if supplied by the customer.
  • # of Orders – Lists the number of orders that the customer has placed on your site.
  • Total Spent – Show the total amount spent by that customer for all their orders combined.
  • Last Ordered – The Date the customer last placed an order on your site.
By default, the Customer List is sorted by Last Ordered, descending. You can change how your orders are sorted by clicking on the column heading you wish to have it sorted by. It will first sort ascending values, click on the column heading again to sort by descending values.

Abandoned Orders
This allows you to view how many orders were abandoned on your site and at which step they were abandoned.

Print: Prints the currently displayed statistics.

Return: This button takes you back to the Order Statistics Menu.

Help: This button displays this help text.

Date Range: Select the Starting and Ending date using the drop down menus, then click the Display button to view the abandoned order statistics between those dates. You may also click the Display All button to view all the abandoned order statistics.

Abandoned Orders: Next to the Section heading, you can see the total number of orders that were abandoned on your site. Below that, you can see how many orders were abandoned and on what step they were abandoned.

Affiliate List
This option allows you to view a list of affiliates that have referred orders to your site along with other statistical information.

Print: Click this button to print the statistics that are currently showing. When you click the Print button, a new window will open up displaying the currently viewed Affiliate Orders. Shortly after the page loads, your computers "Print" dialog box will open up, giving you further printing options.

Return: This button takes you back to the Order Statistics Menu.

Help: This button displays this help text.

Date Range: Select the Starting and Ending date using the drop down menus, then click the Display button to view the list of affiliates between those dates. You may also click the Display All button to view all the affiliate statistics throughout the existence of your account.
Affiliates: This section will display a list of orders that came via your affiliates between the selected dates specified in the Date Range field. The columns listed are: 
  • Id – Displays the affiliate ID you assigned to your affiliate.
  • Affiliate – Displays you affiliates name.
  • # of Orders – Number of Orders placed by customers through this affiliate.
  • Total Spent – Total money spent on Orders by customers through this affiliate.
  • Last Ordered – The Date the customer last placed an order through an affiliate on your site.
By default, the Affiliate List is sorted by Last Ordered, descending. You can change how your orders are sorted by clicking on the column heading you wish to have it sorted by. It will first sort ascending values, click on the column heading again to sort by descending values.

Coupon Usage

The Coupon Usage page checks all of your orders and creates a subtotal by the coupon code that was entered by the customer during the shopping experience.  If you have deleted any orders, they will not be included in the totals.

There are two ways to get to this report.  One way is though the link on the EZ-Coupon page.  The second way is through the “Order Statistics” link on the Administrative tools menu.  Click here for more information about this report and the coupon system.
